Our company is growing rapidly and is hiring a digital media specialist. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

Responsibilities for digital media specialist

• Collaborate and help manage our digital agencies in all paid digital media spend and activity (SEO, SEM, Display, Social, Affiliates).
• Implement paid SEM tactics, including management of budget and Display/Search campaigns.
• Contribute to client and agency marketing services.
• Be the Product group point person for the Google/Search and Display Services.
• Collaborate with all internal and external teams to identify strategic solutions and digital strategies and coordinate their development to ensure they are launched on time and on specs.
• Track the key performance indicators, engagement and trafic stats, ad campaigns and sponsorships, identify possible issues and find solutions to ensure all targets are met.
• Build Powerpoint decks and Excel reports.
• Create reports with results for client meetings.
• Proactively propose improvements to communication digital channels and processes.
• In collaboration with TV, radio, and digital product managers, develop multibrand and multiplatform monetization strategies.
• Perform QA and review with business owners, integrate with Account Management Teams.

Qualifications for digital media specialist

• Champion new digital and mobile technologies.
• Google Certified. GA4 expertise.
• Social Media (Paid) placement and attribution/optimization.
• Knowledge of and experience with UTM tags and creation/placement.
• Results-driven professional with exceptional detail and knowledge of metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
• Strong knowledge of digital media and analytics / measurement tools.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience managing and implementing digital media campaigns.
• Competence in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics and other presentation and attribution software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
